About the Founder
Adv. Mohit Gautam is the founder and driving force behind Faith Law Firm. With years of rigorous courtroom experience and a deep understanding of both substantive and procedural law, Adv. Gautam has built a reputation as a thorough, principled, and effective advocate.
His practice spans civil and commercial litigation, intellectual property law, consumer protection, family law, and criminal defence. He appears regularly before the Delhi District Courts and has advised clients on matters involving arbitration, business compliance, and international IP registration.
Adv. Gautam's approach to law is human-centred. He believes that a lawyer's first duty is to listen — to truly understand the client's situation before offering advice. He is known for explaining complex legal issues in plain language and for standing by his clients through every stage of their matter, from the first consultation to the final verdict.
Outside the courtroom, Adv. Gautam is passionate about legal education and access to justice. He regularly mentors young law graduates and interns, helping shape the next generation of legal professionals.
